Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
